Computer technology is related to information technology and is often used to study computer networks and so on. Besides that there are also various kinds of software such as network programming, database design and development to ensure that the computer works properly. Computer technology can also be interpreted as a combination of hardware and software related to computers such as multimedia computers in which there are various types of media such as graphics, audio, and video and other communication devices in which there are email, bulletin boards, blackboards or webcts and listserves.
A computer is a device that can be used to perform various kinds of arithmetic or logic that run automatically. Computers have their own characteristics that can run billions of instructions and rarely make fatal mistakes for years of operation. Computer programs also consist of a large number of millions of instructions and make it possible to bring a team of programmers for years to write because of the limited complex tasks that almost and certainly contain errors.
Impact of the development of computer assistance in the era of globalization, now every country has different technological developments. The increasingly sophisticated advances in technology are created to facilitate human work and certainly provide so many benefits in everyday life with the existence of technological work will be completed sooner. The advancement of technological science (science and technology) in the present era gives ease in human life but, this technological advancement also needs to be addressed wisely because it will be a negative and detrimental thing if wrongly used there are various negative and positive impacts that can be caused by technological developments as follows.

The rapid flow of globalization affects the ease of someone accessing information in cyberspace. Information on the internet can spread quickly so that it can be accessed by everyone anywhere and anytime.
2. Ease in long distance communication

3. Ease in means of transportation

For positive and negative impacts it all depends on the user so it's all back to ourselves that technology is made to make it easier for human work to do something that makes the technology to be positive for yourself.
